Equipment Requirement
Every sport has an equipment requirement, and for swim you will need:
- Racing swim suit (Team suits will be available for purchase. A team suit is recommended, but not required. Our team color is blue.)
- Goggles (anti-fog goggles that don't leak)
- Fins (recommended to teach proper swim kick technique, but not required)
- Swim Caps (Required for girls and boys with long hair, but recommended for all swimmers. Team caps are sold on our website or speak with a board member in person.)
- Water bottle (recommended to maintain hydration during endurance training)
