Congratulations on an amazing undefeated season! As we approach our Divisional meet, I would like to make you all aware of a few important announcements about Post Season Invitationals.

You will find three Post Season meets remaining on our calendar: (click the linked titles below to jump to meet info, qualifying times, and more)

Red, White, and Blue(Klein Collins)

All Stars (Klein)

Ponderosa (Klein Oak)

As of today we have nearly 85 swimmers who have qualified for Red, White and Blue. This is awesome! For those who are still working on qualifying, you still have the opportunity to do so at the Divisional meet, so swim fast!

We will be returning to Red, White and Blue where last year we took 1st Place in our Division!

If you are choosing between RW&B and All Stars we encourage you to join the team at RW&B. All Stars will also be available on the schedule if you prefer to attend there, but the majority of the team will attend RW&B. If you have any questions about which meet you should sign up for please contact me.

As you create your entries, take note!!! The meets will be running mostly at the same time. If you enter more than one meet you will pay for each entry, and risk missing your events as you juggle traveling back and forth between meet venues. Again, if you have any questions please let me know and I will try to assist in any way I can.

How to Enter an Invitational Meet

To sign up/create your entries for an invitational meet, find the meet on the calendar and click on the green Meet Entry/Open. Then click on the blue Edit button. You will then select “Attending This Meet” from the drop down menu and a list of events will appear. You must select which events you would like to enter and also indicate availability for team relays. Click the Blue Save button.

Entry Fees

Entry fees for post season will be collected at practice this week from 8-10 am with the deadline being at the Divisional meet this Saturday! Payment is by CASH or CHECK ONLY.

Volunteer RSVP

You will be asked to indicate whether you are available for morning or afternoon volunteer time.

If your swimmer has qualified for one or more of the Post Season Invitationals you’ll be receiving a follow up email indicating which meet they have qualified for. You will then log in to see which swimmers (if applicable) and what events they are eligible to swim.
