Hello Parents and Swimmers,

The start of swim season is quickly approaching! We are super excited for the season to start and to see the kids grow in their swimming abilities.

This Saturday, April 13^th is our next Discount Day at the Swim Shop on Louetta from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. You will receive an additional 10% off your purchase and help earn $ back for the team. Please see attached flyer for more information.

Swim Practice starts MONDAY, APRIL 15^th! We will be practicing in the evenings until the end of the school year and then swim in the morning. Below are the current practice times. FYI: These may be adjusted at a later date.

5:00-5:30pm: Jr Dolphins and 6 & under

5:30-6:15pm: 7/8

6:15-7:00pm: 9/10

7:00-7:45pm: 11/12

7:45-8:30pm: 13 & up

Are you a parent that still needs to register or you know of someone who wants to register for swim team? We are still taking swimmers! Attached you will find the Registration paper, FAQ, Waiver and Indemnity and Code of Conduct. Bring these forms with you to Monday’s practice or any practice the first week and we can sign you up.

Jr. Dolphin practice. We are in need of volunteers to help with the Jr. Dolphin practice. Any Dolphin swimmer 13 years or older is welcome to help with this practice. Any non Jr. Dolphin parent that is available to help with practice is welcome to help with this age group.

Starting Monday, the concessions stand will be open to sell snacks and drinks during afternoon practices. Also, you can bring your donation for a volunteer credit. This is based on the Registering Parent’s last name.

A-B: Please bring 1 case (24 or more 16.9oz bottles) of bottled water - any brand AND 1 Roll of paper towels

C-E: Please bring 1 case of the 12oz (small size) Gatorade-RED or BLUE and 1 roll of paper towels

F-G: Please bring 1, 12 pack of 12oz Dr. Pepper Cans and 1 roll of toilet paper

H-K: Please bring 1, 12 pack of 12oz Sprite Cans and 1 ream of 500 pieces of white copy paper

L-M: Please bring 1 case of the 12oz (small size) Gatorade Orange or Yellow and 1 roll of paper towels

N-R: Please bring 1, 12 pack of 12oz Coke Cans and 1 roll of toilet paper

S: Please bring 1, 12 pack of 12oz Diet Coke Cans and 1 roll of toilet paper

T-Z: Please bring 1, 12 pack of 12oz MUG Root Beer Cans and 1 roll of toilet paper

Did you sign up for a volunteer position during registration? If you did not or were trying to decide what to sign up for, we have several volunteer positions that need to be filled. Please see the attachment for the open positions. You can sign up starting Monday. Please go to the concessions stand and the sheet will be there. There are several Key Volunteer positions that need to be filled. By filling this position, you will receive an additional refund back at the end of the season.
