Key Volunteer Positions:

We need YOU!!! We have Key Volunteer positions that need to be filled. By volunteering for this position, you will receive money back on top of your volunteer deposit fee. Please let us know if you would be interested in these positions.

$25 Additional back: Clerk of Course/Ready Bench Head; Concessions Coordinator; Volunteer Coordinator; Invitational Coordinator; and Head Timer

$50 Additional back: Officials: Head Ref; Starter; Stroke and Turn Official (5 needed)

1 Free Swimmer with no additional refund: Computer Person (1 needed)

Parent Meeting Next Week:

We will have two opportunities for you to attend the required parent meeting. The parent meeting will be April 15^th and April 16^th from 6:00-7:00. If you have a child ages 10 and under, please attend April 15^th and April 16^th if you have a child 11 and up. This will help us with social distancing. Only one parent needs to attend, but both may attend if you like. Future meetings will be held on Thursdays and are optional. Don't forget, you will earn a volunteer credit for attending the meeting. 

Soda/Special Item List for 1 volunteer credit based on Registering Parent’s Last Name:

You can bring your donated item to the parent meeting or turn it in during swim practice.

A-B: Please bring 1 case (24 or more 16.9oz bottles) of bottled water - any brand AND 1 Roll of paper towels

C-E: Please bring 1 case of the12oz (small size) Gatorade-RED or BLUE and 1 roll of paper towels

F-G: Please bring 1,12 pack of 12oz Dr.Pepper Cans and 1 roll of toilet paper

H-K: Please bring 1,12 pack of 12oz Sprite Cans and 1 ream of 500 pieces of white copy paper

L-M: Please bring 1 case of the 12oz (small size) Gatorade Orange or Yellow and 1 roll of paper towels

N-R: Please bring 1,12 pack of 12oz Coke Cans and 1roll of toilet paper

S: Please bring 1,12 pack of 12oz Diet Coke Cans and 1 roll of toilet paper

T-Z: Please bring 1,12 pack of 12oz MUG Root Beer Cans and 1 roll of toilet paper 

Concessions: 

We have an Amazon Wishlist if you would like to help us offset the cost and stock the concessions stand! You can have the donated item shipped to your house and you can bring it to the parent meeting, or you can have the item shipped to the Wishlist holder and they will bring it to the concessions stand.

Swim Shop Days: 

We will have two Swim Shop Days! The Swim Shop is located at 5010 Louetta Spring, Tx 77379. The days are April 17^th, 10am-4pm and April 22^nd, 11am-6pm.
