Registration will be held at the Bridgestone Club house located at, 4403 Lost Lake, from 10 am-2 pm on March 15th, and March 29th. 

We will also have an opportunity to sign up at the Roth Elementary School open house on March 27th from 5-8 pm.

You may also print, fill out, and email registration forms to the board members as well. Tracey Perez: [email protected], Carmen Soto: [email protected]. Please make sure that you print clearly on the forms. Instructions for payments will be emailed once forms have been reviewed.
